Established in 2011, A&F (Shanghai) Testing & Technology Co., Ltd. is an independent third-party laboratory with headquarters in Minhang District, Shanghai, China, with offices in Hong Kong, Ningbo, Qingdao and Guangzhou. The types of testing products include children's products and toys, food containers, textiles, water, waste gas, soil in the environment, and microbial testing of various products.

As an independent quality and safety service organization, A&F has been awarded CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) and CMA (China Inspection Body and Laboratory Mandatory Approval) certification by experts. In November 2018, A&F became a third-party laboratory approved by the Consumer Product Safety Committee of the United States.
