Statement of impartiality
A&F is a third-party testing institution. In order to ensure the uniformity, accuracy, impartiality and authority of the data issued by the society, we make the following statement:
1. Our company strictly abides by Shanghai Inspection and Testing Regulations, RB/T 214-2017 General Requirements of Inspection and Testing Institutions for Qualification Recognition Ability Assessment, Inspection and Testing Institutions (including Supplementary Requirements of Inspection and Testing Institutions for Qualification Recognition and Evaluation of Eco-environmental Monitoring Institutions), CNAS CL01:2018 Inspection Guidelines (equivalent to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 General Requirements for the Capability of Testing and Calibration Laboratories, related application instructions and rules), strict compliance with the working procedures of testing/sampling, implementation of relevant standards and norms stipulated in testing/sampling, compliance with objective, independent, fair, honest and trustworthy practice norms, and strict adherence to them Professional ethics and social responsibility.
2. Ensure the independence of the testing/sampling process and be free from any administrative, commercial and financial interference.
3. Adhere to the objective, scientific, impartial, open and confidential service purpose, and put an end to acts harmful to the interests of customers.
4. All personnel of the Company shall not engage in activities related to their interests in testing/sampling activities and the data and results issued; shall not participate in any activities that are detrimental to the independence and integrity of testing judgments; shall not participate in product design, development and production related to testing/sampling projects or similar competitive projects. To prevent commercial bribery through activities such as supply, installation, use or maintenance.
5. Adhere to the principle of voluntary and non-discriminatory equality and treat all clients who commission testing/sampling equally.
6. The company will be deemed invalid for any test/sampling results that violate the procedure or are not approved by the customer.
7. Adhere to open, transparent and reasonable charges, and prohibit unreasonable charges.
8. Warmly receive internal and external complaints from customers and relevant parties. All complaints will be answered reasonably to the complaint within the agreed time.
9. Management and all staff must consciously safeguard impartiality. If there is any violation of the above statement and causes losses to customers, they are willing to bear economic and legal liabilities.
