In October 2018, A&F Testing Laboratories officially submitted an application to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), which was approved on 20 November 2018. A&F’s CPSC Identification Number is 1653.

The Consumer Product Safety Committee (CPSC) is an independent US federal regulatory agency formed in 1972 with a mission to protect the public against unreasonable risks of injury or death from consumer products through education, safety standards activities, regulation, and enforcement. It is currently responsible for the monitoring of more than 15,000 consumer products.
